You'll supply Patty via email or other delivery method with notes, background, your preferred talking points-and from there she will create an informal "script" so you will know where there talk starts and what to expect. Patty will also discuss this via phone as needed and on the day and time of your interview, you will be calling in ten minutes early to "warm up" with her. The interview is recorded privately without audience listening or call in ability.
